ModernThink is proud to support the AARP Best Employers for Workers Over 50 Program. As a research and consulting firm specializing in workplace excellence, ModernThink is also involved in a variety of other "Best Places to Work/Best Employers" programs throughout the country. We are currently the survey and research partner that selects the "Best Places to Work/Best Employers" in over eighteen states including Illinois, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas. These programs provide us with insight into some of the latest best practices. They have also guided us in how best to report data back in actionable form. We have consolidated our learning in a variety of value-adding reports described below. Depending on the size of your employee respondent base, some subgroup analysis may not be possible for your organization.

Onsite Presentation

The survey used in the AARP process can be used to survey additional employees in your organization. Response Distribution Report

This expanded data compilation shows percentages for all possible response options (strongly agree, agree, sometimes agree/sometimes disagree, disagree, strongly disagree) across all seven standard demographics (Gender, Age, Ethnicity, Status (full time or part-time), Duration of Employment, Job Role and Department). Cost: $1250 for all 7 demographics. $700 (3 demographics) / $1000 (5 demographics) / $1250 (7 demographics)

Statement Analysis-Bar Chart

One of the benefits of collecting detailed demographic information is using that information to target initiatives for improvement. With this bar-chart report, you will be able to compare all of your demographics' responses to a specific subset of survey statements that you select. Cost: $1000

ModernThink State Expanded Benchmark Report

Learn what other companies are doing. This report has two components: 1) a Benchmark Spreadsheet detailing the average positive scores of your state's best workplaces across all demographic categories (you choose all list winners, small/medium list winners OR large list winners) and 2) a Best Practices Report summarizing general benchmark data such as average turnover rates, salary ranges, CEO tenure, inventory of benefits and best practices across all state list winners. This report is only available in states where ModernThink currently selects the "Best Places to Work/Best Employers." Click here to see complete list of states. Customized Benchmark Report

Learn what other companies are up to. We can pull benchmark data for you by industry, geography, or company size from all companies that have applied to our programs across the United States (over eighteen states to date). You would receive a spreadsheet detailing your selected benchmark data (industry, region or size) for all the statements and demographic categories on the survey for all comparable companies that qualify. State List programs are not age specific. Cost: $1000 for first category and $750 for each additional category
