Summary Spreadsheet Detailing Survey Responses
The 2007 AARP Best Employers Employee Survey contains seventy statements designed to measure the quality of your employees' daily experiences. You will receive a spreadsheet summarizing your OVERALL survey results using the Perspectives framework. Through this framework, you will see how the employees are experiencing your workplace through individual, workgroup and organizational points of view.
The data will be also broken down by seven demographic characteristics (gender, age, ethnicity, status (full-time or part-time), duration of employment, job role, and department), so that you may pinpoint specific populations that may be in need of attention. In addition, you will receive benchmarking comparisons to see how your organization scored relative to the winning applicants, applicants within your industry, and applicants of a similar company size.
