Custom Demographics.  During the survey, your employees will be asked to identify themselves by seven demographics -- Gender, Age, Ethnicity, Duration of Employment, Status (full-time or part-time), Job Role and Department.   Our flexible survey tool allows you to customize any of these demographics - and to add new ones -- so that the categories best reflect your organization.   

Manager ScoreCard ©.   This optional feature allows you to add a 360° component to your survey.   At the end of the process, you will receive an individual ScoreCard© suite for each manager who had four or more surveys completed by his/her direct reports.  The ScoreCards© give you and your managers critical feedback to develop highly individualized professional development plans.

Custom Survey Capabilities.  ModernThink can tailor survey content to specific client objectives such as creating a diverse, inclusive environment, attracting and retaining talent, enhancing employee engagement, implementing and monitoring change initiatives or assisting with integration following a merger or acquisition.

  • Employee Comments Report.   See your employees' responses to the open-ended questions transcribed exactly as written.  
  • Response Distribution Report.  This expanded data compilation shows percentages for all possible response options (strongly disagree, disagree, neither, agree, strongly agree) across demographic sets that you choose.

Employee Input and Focus Groups
